At ASCON Group, I work as a BIM Information Management Analyst supporting a mission-critical EDMS for a large construction and engineering enterprise client. When its production notification service began consuming 12–15GB of RAM, delaying messages for tens of hours, and silently losing messages, I designed a load-testing methodology based on production traffic patterns, working with a developer on the tooling. We reduced RAM usage to 400–700MB, brought delivery times down to minutes, and eliminated message loss.
Before moving into analysis, I spent over two years in first-line technical support and internal training. I trained roughly 100 client administrators and users on-site, including running training programs from scratch, and learned to reproduce user problems and keep working until they were fixed.
