What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in Project or Product Management in creative, gaming, and tech companies.

At ITSFAIL LTD, I coordinated product and operational processes for an online platform with game mechanics and an active user base, connecting development, design, and business teams.

I managed sprint planning, prioritization, and the development backlog, and documented agreements and deadlines with department leads. I also coordinated localization, content updates, and bug triage, and worked with external contractors.

At PM SOFT, I worked in a team of six to build an internal corporate platform MVP from scratch, bringing fragmented systems and reporting into one role-based workspace. I presented the MVP to leadership, and the project was approved for further development and rollout.

I gathered and decomposed business requirements into User Stories and Use Cases, modeled processes in BPMN and UML, and designed mobile app mockups in Figma. I'm looking to grow in Project or Product Management in creative, gaming, and tech companies.
