I'm interested in roles where data analysis directly supports product decisions, user experience, and business performance, including Product Analytics, BI, and Game Analytics.

At MTC Web Services (MWS), I analyzed cloud resource use and connected technical metrics with customer payments, activity, and usage patterns. I studied churn drivers with SQL and Python, then developed a dashboard to monitor churn risk and support timely retention actions.

At Synergy University, I developed DWH-based reporting and dashboards covering the student journey, from applications through graduation. The comprehensive dashboard became the administrative team’s primary analytical tool, reducing the time needed to find and prepare key information from one week to one minute.
