Developed and assembled an industrial binder jetting 3D printer for sand mould production, managing the project from component procurement through mechanical assembly, installation, and commissioning. Performed lathe and milling operations, designed and installed a compressed-air system, and supported facility setup.

Designed engineering documentation for two industrial SLM metal 3D printers, including build chambers, gas recirculation systems, and powder feed systems. Performed mechanical strength calculations and CFD analysis using SolidWorks Simulation, and supervised prototype manufacturing and dimensional quality control.

Commissioned and serviced industrial 3D printing equipment and associated mechanical systems, performing mechanical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modifications. Worked with pneumatic systems, mechanical assemblies, and filtration systems, and supported customer-site installations.

Assembled, commissioned, maintained, and repaired a wide range of professional and industrial 3D printing equipment. Performed mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, and preventive and corrective maintenance, and worked directly with customers on technical issues.

Built and managed a technical service department from the ground up, organizing warranty and post-warranty service for 3D printing equipment. Launched a filament production workshop with capacity exceeding 300 kg/day and coordinated equipment installation, maintenance, suppliers, and spare parts.

Purchased, installed, and commissioned a filament production line and managed production equipment with capacity of approximately 150 kg/day. Recruited and supervised a production team of up to 15 employees, and designed and built four filament winding machines.

Assembled, installed, configured, and repaired professional 3D printers, performing preventive and corrective maintenance and upgrading mechanical and electrical components. Diagnosed equipment faults and prepared equipment for production and customer use.
