At rcez.kz, I build Java backend services for Kazakhstan’s national eGov mobile platform, including an e-Health ecosystem serving 8M+ active users. I’ve delivered nationwide QR verification and disability registration platforms, report generation with RabbitMQ and Redis, and reliable healthcare notifications for 50+ organizations.
