I've spent more than six years building and evolving Realting, an international real estate sales platform. I deliver complex business logic from design through production using PHP 8, Yii2, MySQL, Redis, and Docker.

At Realting, I built Stripe payments and webhook processing, transactional wallets, paid promotion through wallets, dashboard statistics, agency partnership workflows, and role-based access control. I also developed resilient XML feed parsing with automatic format detection and automated bulk translation with caching.

Alongside commercial work, I build and operate WakQuest, a Symfony 7 CMS and JSON API hosted on Hetzner Cloud and protected with Cloudflare. I own the infrastructure, deployment workflow, backups, and API design, and the platform powers a published Flutter Android quiz game.

Earlier, I managed catalog and product-card content for Pinskdrev, coordinated marketing placements, and worked with external web contractors to improve company websites. I'm most effective when turning complicated requirements into reliable backend features and integrations.
