I've designed SME digital onboarding at Optima Bank from the ground up, reducing account opening from a branch visit to about seven minutes online and contributing to a roughly 25x increase in applications.

I also led the mobile-first redesign of O24, a daily banking app with 370,000+ DAU, improving core flows that contributed to a roughly 15% MAU increase and 30% less rework. I introduced UX writing as a product practice and ensured banking experiences met UX/UI and security requirements.

At Mbank’s classified products, I rebuilt a fragmented design system from about 1,500 components and tokens to about 500 functioning elements across Mashina.kg, House.kg, and Bazar.kg. I also drove Mashina.kg’s auto-loan service from hypothesis to its first approved loan in 1.5 months; over six months, it earned 330,000,000 som.

My work spans websites, product interfaces, design systems, and information architecture for clients including HP, Founders Collective, and Roctel. I've taught product and web design since age 19, including creating a three-year Design & IT program at Compass College.
