At Turquoise Solutions Limited supporting the Kenya Ports Authority, I assisted enterprise cybersecurity operations by monitoring, documenting, and reporting incidents and potential threats. I also helped deploy, manage, and maintain Kaspersky Endpoint Security across enterprise endpoints.

At Light Academy, I provided first-line IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues, including installation of an institute-wide networking system. I supported maintenance of computer systems and the School Management System while diagnosing technical issues under senior guidance.
