At RN-Bitum, I develop internal-market pricing proposals by analyzing competitor prices, logistics costs, and seasonal demand. I also monitor sales-plan execution, shipments, revenue, demand trends, and prepare materials for management and pricing commission meetings.
I've managed fuel-product procurement and delivery controls for the Ministry of Defence, from market research and contracting through refinery shipment monitoring, reporting, and document processing. Previously at the Central Housing and Utilities Administration of the Ministry of Defence, I formed fuel requirements, controlled supply plans, analyzed commodity markets, and worked with suppliers.
My earlier work at Gazprom UGS included planning, procurement documentation, contractor oversight, cost estimates, and defending mine development plans before Rostekhnadzor. I bring an engineering education, postgraduate study in geology and mineral development, and practical experience with SAP, 1C, AutoCAD, and analytical reporting.
