I’m a senior R&D engineer focused on EDA development, where I build and maintain core tooling such as custom compilers and schematic-editor capabilities. My foundation spans microelectronics and semiconductor physics, including postgraduate work on computer modeling of semiconductor layers growth by liquid-phase electro-epitaxy.

Since joining Synopsys Armenia, I’ve progressed through R&D Engineer Senior I, Senior II, and Senior Staff roles—leading problem-solving and writing functional specifications for high-impact engineering deliverables. I’ve worked extensively with OpenAccess EDA databases and delivered features across schematic editor workflows and advanced “what/when/where” style probing.

In my recent work, I drive netlisting capabilities using HSPICE, Verilog, CDL, and Spectre, and support communication tasks like name mapping and probing. I rely on tools such as g++, p4, SAP CRM, and Jira, and I incorporate AI assistance (GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development while keeping quality high. I’m also recognized as a champion of Southern Caucasus and Armenia through multiple years of achievement.
