What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level opportunity in a real-world SOC where I can analyze logs, inspect network traffic, support incident response, and grow my threat detection and blue team skills.

I’m a detail-oriented cybersecurity student (2nd year, Astana IT University) building hands-on SOC skills through log analysis and alert investigation. I’ve practiced Linux command-line operations and basic network traffic analysis to support security monitoring and incident detection.

I’m actively developing practical capabilities through Hack The Box and TryHackMe SOC labs, strengthening my understanding of SOC workflows and the incident response process. I’m especially interested in Security Operations Center (SOC) roles, threat detection, and blue team, defensive security, and monitoring work.

Completed SOC-focused labs covering log analysis and alert investigation, practicing Linux command-line workflows and basic incident detection. Performed network traffic inspection with Wireshark and studied SOC workflows, including threat patterns such as phishing, brute force, and enumeration.
