Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of crane operations and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred:
- Previous experience operating cranes or similar heavy equipment
- Certification in crane operation (e.g., NCCCO, NCCER) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with various types of cranes and lifting equipment
- Ability to read and understand load charts and rigging specifications
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes
