Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Assistant Wellness Manager to join our team in fostering a culture of health and well-being across the organization. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of wellness programs that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall health.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of wellness initiatives and programs that align with the company's health objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather employee feedback to tailor wellness offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with external vendors and resources to facilitate workshops, seminars, and health screenings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback.
- Promote wellness resources and initiatives through communications, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Support the Wellness Manager in planning and organizing health-related events and activities.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in wellness program management or health promotion.
- Strong understanding of wellness trends and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure program effectiveness.
Preferred:
- Certification in health coaching, wellness, or fitness-related fields.
- Experience in corporate wellness or health promotion environments.
- Background in nutrition, fitness, or mental health support.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with wellness program management software and communication platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentation development.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies to promote wellness initiatives.
