Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in wellness leadership, human resources, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing wellness initiatives that positively impact employee engagement and health outcomes
- Strong understanding of health and wellness trends, benefits, and regulations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in public health, organizational psychology, or a related field
- Professional certifications in health and wellness coaching, mental health, or related disciplines
- Experience with implementing technology-based wellness solutions, such as wellness apps or platforms
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting for wellness program evaluation
- Familiarity with health and wellness software tools and platforms
- Proficient in using communication tools for employee engagement and outreach
