We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with inventory management software and WMS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve warehouse processes
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with automated warehouse technologies such as RFID, barcode scanning, and inventory management tools
