Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis tools
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Certifications in logistics or inventory management (e.g., APICS, CLTD)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with inventory management software and barcode scanning systems
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools to track and report on warehouse KPIs
