Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Implement and manage performance management systems that drive accountability and support employee development
- Advise leadership on best practices in employee relations, organizational development, and change management
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring equitable practices across all HR functions
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and enhance employee experience
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR services
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in strategic HR management
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing effective HR programs and policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of remote team dynamics
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with HR software platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and performance management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
- Experience with employee engagement survey tools and methodologies
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
