Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR functions in a fully remote environment. This role is critical in shaping our organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and fostering employee engagement while effectively managing the full spectrum of HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention
- Oversee performance management systems to foster employee development and align individual goals with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices, and serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve HR functions
- Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven track record of managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with remote work environments and virtual team management
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with performance management software and applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and tools
