Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in video engineering, computer science, or a related field, with a proven track record in video application development.
- Demonstrated expertise in video codecs, streaming protocols, and media delivery systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based video solutions, including AWS Media Services or similar platforms.
- Experience in managing and scaling engineering teams, including performance reviews and career development.
Preferred:
- Experience with machine learning applications in video processing.
- Familiarity with video analytics tools and user engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to video streaming.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of video encoding and decoding techniques, including H.264, H.265, and VP9.

- Experience with container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for video processing environments.
