Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Social Sciences, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in institutional research, data analysis, or higher education.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Preferred:
- Experience with survey design and administration, including qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Familiarity with higher education accreditation processes and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive strategic initiatives.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data management and analysis tools, including Excel and SQL.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
