Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Research Manager to join our dynamic research team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Market Research, Business Administration).
- 2+ years of experience in market research or a related field, with a proven track record of managing research projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and research methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python).
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) research methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate research findings effectively.
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) for designing and executing research surveys.
- Understanding of statistical techniques and their application in market research.
