Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Manager to lead our ultrasound department at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Ultrasound, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ultrasound imaging, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Current certification in ultrasound technology (e.g., ARDMS or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound procedures and techniques, including advanced imaging modalities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and imaging software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
