Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Typist to support our executive team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure a smooth flow of communication
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as an executive typist or in a similar administrative support role
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum of 70 words per minute) with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong command of English language, grammar, and punctuation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred:
- Experience working in a corporate environment or with executive-level professionals
- Familiarity with transcription software and audio typing
