Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance practices, safety regulations, and fleet management software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management related to fleet operations.
- Familiarity with telematics and fleet tracking systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and telematics solutions.
