Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee operations and drive performance across multiple locations within your designated district. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of district operations, including financial performance, staffing, and customer satisfaction

- Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring and developing store managers and their teams
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational standards, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, human resources, and finance, to align district initiatives with overall company objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-site management or district management in a retail or service-oriented environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience with change management and implementing new processes to enhance productivity
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail analytics tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools
