Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tearoom Supervisor to lead our tearoom operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of tearoom operations and customer service excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of specialty teas and food pairings
- Previous experience in training and mentoring staff
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to food service operations
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive profitability
