Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Host/Hostess to lead our front-of-house team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and front-of-house operations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
Preferred:
- Experience with reservation management software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
