Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience with reservation management systems and point of sale (POS) software
- Knowledge of menu items and the ability to make recommendations based on guest preferences
