Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our dynamic team in achieving operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in team management or a leadership role within a technical environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve high performance and deliver results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
Preferred:
- Experience in remote team management and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
- Background in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience managing complex projects
- Relevant certifications in management or leadership (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making
- Understanding of industry-specific technologies and trends relevant to the team’s objectives
