Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Team Assistant to support our executive leadership team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred:
- Experience supporting C-level executives in a dynamic corporate environment
