Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our operational efficiency by providing high-level administrative support to executives and teams. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support or office management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an administrative capacity.
