Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Tax to lead our global tax function at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or JD is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience, with a strong focus on corporate tax compliance and planning.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead complex tax projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience with tax technology and compliance software.
- Strong experience in M&A transactions and related tax implications.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in tax compliance, tax planning, and risk management.
- Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance tax processes.
- Familiarity with transfer pricing and international tax considerations.
