Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Table Games Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing table games operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the overall guest experience. You will work closely with the Table Games Manager to implement strategies that drive performance and foster a positive gaming environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of table games, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor table games staff, providing training and guidance to enhance performance
- Monitor table games activities to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls
- Analyze game performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional events and enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in table games operations within a casino environment
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with table games management software and gaming systems
- Knowledge of casino operations beyond table games
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with table games rules and strategies, including Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette
- Proficiency in using casino management software and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve game performance
