Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic VP of Casino Operations to lead our rapidly expanding gaming division. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping operational excellence across all casino platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving profitability and enhancing customer experience. Your leadership will set the direction for innovative operational strategies, transformational initiatives, and a culture of performance excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with corporate goals and enhance overall business performance in casino operations
- Oversee daily casino operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and establish best practices for operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of innovative gaming products and services
- Analyze performance metrics and operational data to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the casino operations team
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and technology teams to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize profitability
- Establish and maintain relationships with gaming regulators and industry stakeholders to advocate for the company’s interests
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in casino operations, with a proven track record in leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance, and industry standards
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Preferred:
- Experience in both land-based and online casino operations
- Strong network within the gaming industry and relationships with key stakeholders
- Advanced degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in casino management systems and operational analytics tools
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data-driven marketing strategies
- Familiarity with financial management systems and budgeting tools
