We are looking for a Junior Surgical Oncologist to join our esteemed team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in case discussions with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Engage in continuous education and training to stay abreast of advancements in surgical oncology
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Support research initiatives and contribute to clinical trials as needed
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency in General Surgery
- Strong interest in oncology and commitment to patient care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in surgical oncology through rotations or electives
- Familiarity with the latest surgical techniques and technologies
- Research experience in oncology-related projects
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and protocols
- Basic proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of oncology treatment modalities and patient management strategies
