Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- M.D. or D.O. degree with Board Certification in Oncology.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in oncology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful oncology programs and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex clinical data to inform decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in a multidisciplinary academic medical center.
- Research experience, including publications in reputable oncology journals.
- Strong network within the oncology community, including collaborations with clinical trial organizations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in current oncology therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted treatments.
