Responsibilities

- Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner
- Support the surgical team with administrative tasks as required to facilitate smooth operations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in scheduling or patient coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and surgical procedures
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with scheduling software or EHR systems
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
