Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a studio management or creative leadership role, preferably within a design, advertising, or media environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the creative industry.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
