Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software
- Familiarity with quality management systems
- Certifications in production or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus
