Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Strategic Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the strategic planning processes by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights that will help drive our business strategy. You will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders across various departments to ensure that our strategic initiatives align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of strategic planning documents and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and assess performance metrics.
- Maintain and update strategic planning tools and dashboards to track progress against goals.
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and projects.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Understanding of business strategy frameworks.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and project management software.
