Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in spa management or hospitality, with a proven track record in customer service excellence
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and inventory control
Preferred:
- Experience with spa management software and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of wellness trends and spa services, including massage, skincare, and body treatments
- Certification or training in spa management or wellness therapy
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and spa management software
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for operational insights
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the spa industry
