Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Spa Operations to lead and innovate our spa services across all locations. This pivotal role will drive operational excellence, enhance customer experiences, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery while fostering a culture of wellness and relaxation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all spa locations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the overall vision of the company
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and launch innovative spa services and packages
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners to optimize service offerings
- Manage budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability of spa operations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in spa or hospitality operations, with a proven track record of leadership and success
- Strong understanding of spa management, including treatments, guest services, and retail
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a multi-location spa or wellness organization
- Proven ability to innovate and implement new service offerings that resonate with target markets
- Strong network within the spa and wellness industry
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in spa management software and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
