Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Sociologist to lead and innovate in our research initiatives. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:
- Experience in applied sociology, particularly in areas relevant to community development and policy advocacy.
- Strong network within the sociological community, including relationships with academic institutions and research organizations.
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding for research initiatives.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in advanced statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with qualitative research methodologies, including interviews, focus groups, and ethnography.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data collection tools.
