Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Casino Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our casino floor, ensuring a seamless and engaging gaming experience for our guests. In this role, you will manage floor staff, coordinate gaming activities, and uphold the highest standards of customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of floor staff, including dealers and gaming attendants, to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive gaming atmosphere.
- Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate and manage gaming events and promotions to enhance patron engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of gaming operations.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve any concerns or disputes that may arise.
- Analyze gaming metrics and reports to make informed decisions regarding staffing and operational efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in casino operations, with a focus on floor management.
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred:
- Experience with gaming software and technology platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategic improvements.
- Familiarity with promotional strategies and event planning in a casino environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in casino management systems and point of sale (POS) technology.
- Strong understanding of gaming operations, including table games and slot machines.
- Experience with data analysis tools for performance tracking and reporting.
