Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Slot Floor Supervisor to oversee the slot operations within our gaming establishment. Responsibilities

- Monitor slot machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with maintenance teams for timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular audits of slot machines and cash handling procedures to mitigate losses and ensure accuracy.
- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to boost slot revenue and enhance guest engagement.
- Analyze game performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Assist in training new employees on slot floor operations and customer service standards.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the gaming industry, specifically in slot operations.
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
