Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a culinary supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative menus that align with brand values
Preferred:
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications
