Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive service or customer service is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using service management software and tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive service advising or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with service management software and automotive diagnostic tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
