Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Principal to provide strategic leadership and vision for our educational initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in educational leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving student success
- Strong understanding of current educational trends, policies, and best practices
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Education or a related field
- Experience in a diverse educational setting with a commitment to equity and inclusion
- Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives within educational organizations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
