Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Seaweed Farm Manager to oversee our innovative aquaculture operations. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aquaculture or marine farming, with a focus on seaweed cultivation.
- Strong knowledge of marine ecosystems and sustainable farming practices.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data analysis for farm management.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with the commercialization and marketing of seaweed products.
