Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our fleet vehicles at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and maintenance tracking systems.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Technical certification in automotive or fleet maintenance (e.g., ASE certification).
- Experience with budgeting and cost management for fleet operations.
- Familiarity with safety management systems and protocols.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Experience with fleet management software such as Fleetio or similar systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and compliance standards.
