Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at our salon while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee all salon operations, including staff management, inventory control, and client relations

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Preferred:
- Cosmetology license or equivalent certification
- Experience with salon management software
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and techniques
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
