Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this role, you will support the administration and optimization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring that our sales and marketing teams have the tools they need to succeed. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance our Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide training and support
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and accuracy
- Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities as needed
- Support the implementation of Salesforce best practices and process improvements
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Basic understanding of Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent
- Experience with data management tools and reporting in Salesforce
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and its various modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of database concepts and data management best practices
