Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Trainer to join the dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Support the development of on-boarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge
- Maintain training records and metrics to track progress and outcomes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in sales or sales training, with a strong understanding of sales processes
- Basic knowledge of training techniques and adult learning principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate others
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
- Previous experience facilitating training sessions or workshops
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for creating training materials
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
